New version is not so good

I like Perfect Reader because I can drag my own files into it, and segment them into seperate folders. They have just IMPROVED the app, and spoiled it!
I suspect they wanted to make annotation easier, so they have added a pencil icon at the foot of the page--but this icon covers the last line or two of many documents.
Now I read hundreds of documents, and have never annoted any--so this FEATURE (?) is merely an annoyance.
